My Daughter likes these and we thought ording a small would fit her but she needs a Medium in order to get longer life out of these

Mixed feeling - run short but too roomy with sizing up

Thanks to one of the two reviews here, we ordered a medium for my daughter, who wears street shoe size 6-6.5. The length is perfect for her, probably a little bit room for growth. I tried them on, and my toes almost touch the front of the boots (I wear size 7). However, the boots are a bit too roomy, and the pair we received does not have the drawstring in the middle part, different than what is shown in the product pictures. So basically, you can't tighten the middle part. My daughter does not complain about it much though, as the boots are very light, and they don't drag. But I'm still disappointed about missing the drawstring in the middle and they don't look as good. My daughter likes them because the bottoms are well padded, very comfortable, easy to walk in them, seem to be able to last a long time, and won't get wet that easy when it rains.
