this is a bit bulky when you wear it, but if you have a bruised/black nail it is amazing. i would suggest cutting it into thirds, because when i cut in in half, it covered my WHOLE toe and it dug into my skin, and hut a lot, when i went on pointe.

I bought these to cushion my extra long second toes, especially on my left side. I thought it was a strange idea because my toes were already too long, but I heard that this was the thing! And they definitely are, I have worn them for about 2+ years and have had around 4 pairs. You cut them to the correct length for your toes which is great for my long toes. After several months of wear, the gel inside shreds and I get a new pair.

I am really glad that I discovered the Bunheads brand. I have been quite pleased with the products I have purchased and used from them so far. I had already been using the Bunheads Big Tips for my big toes, and they work wonderfully. I decided to purchase the Jelly Tips for my second toe because I had been using toe pads and really didn't like the bulk of so much padding for myself, since I originally started pointe work with using little padding. I like to be able to feel the floor more for control in the studio and on stage. Even though I haven't had the chance to fully test these out, I feel like using these with the Big Tips will provide a happy-medium between no padding and too much padding. Thank you!

I would recommend these if you have a shorter second toe or if you crunch your second toe en pointe. These are just the right thickness and take up no more space than a toe pad. Make sure to pull down the "sock" all the way, otherwise you'll kind of gush around. Totally recommend these!

These are my life savers!!! My second toe is longer than my big toe and it would hurt so much to go on my pointe shoes w/ just toe pads. But when I got these I felt pain less. I really recommend these!!!

I LOVE these things! My big toe is quite a bit longer than the others so it helps to relieve some pressure. They also help my bunions and I don't get bruised toenails. Totally recommend these!
