I absolutely love these, and decided to get them when I noticed bunions forming on my feet. I wear them with my flat shoes, but my wide feet enable me from wearing them with my pointe shoes.
Just realize they sell a cheaper off brand at my local target in the shoe/insole section. (good to know)
They also turn yellow with sweat, which is kinda gross, but who cares.
I love this product. I have an extra large gap between my first two toes and before I used these, my big toe would turn in when I was in my point shoes, and it would put a lot of pressure on the side of my big toe. It made being in my pointe shoes for more than twenty minutes really painful and my pointe classes are an hour and a half long, 4 days a week. With the toe spacer, all of my toes stay aligned and it's much more comfortable. However, I had to get new pointe shoes because there wasn't enough room in my other ones, but it was sooooo worth it. Very few people have that problem like me but if you do, I highly recommend <333
People have told me that spacers make it hard for them to dance, but I don't understand why, after wearing these. They're incredibly comfortable and help prevent bunions. They are a must have. The other type of Bunheads spacers work really well too.
I have very tapered feet with bunions and these have been a life saver. However, if you weren't fitted in your pointe shoes with these (as I wasn't), it can change the fit. I can fit them nicely in my Russian Pointe Celestas, but not in my Capezio Nicolinis - they simply won't fit with the Ouch Pouches, so I have to go without them.
