These tights were recommended to us by a follow dancer. My daughter has used them for a week so dar and really liked them. They are pretty thick and just the right about of compression. The convertible foot holes are a nice size too. Not too big, not too small. The self knit waistband is very soft. Definitely agree with discount dance's recommendation to size up. My daughter is in a child large so I ordered the smallest women's size. They fit her perfectly!
