Neon rainbow tutu that lights up! 5 layer organza rainbow tutu features an elastic waistband and a strand of blinking battery operated LED lights inside the layers. The battery pack has an on/off switch and fits snuggly into a hidden color matched pocket so that it stays in place and out of sight. Batteries are included.

    This tutu has actual bulbs that are powered by a battery. There is no fiber optic in this tutu.

    The approximate measurements of the waist are 25" unstretched to 39" stretched.

  • Is there a way to make the light up tutu not flash?

    I purchased these tutu's and was unsure that they were continuously flashing, and was looking for the lights to just stay on. Item A1840
