A bolt of classic looking satin stretch ribbon that allows for the natural flexion and extension of ankle and heel. Stretch ribbon relieves unnecessary stress on tendons and allows the dancer to move from plie to pointe with minimal constriction and no bagginess.
I really enjoyed this product! It held up really well, sewed nicely to the pointe shoes, and didn't fray. Another thing I like about this product is it didn't feel quite as sharp as the normal satin ribbon roll and gripped aroud my feet much more. I highly recommend buying this product!
One of my young dancers wears Bloch pointe shoes and goes through them like crazy. I love having this bolt of elastic ribbon to cut only what she needs(she has very thin ankles) and it makes it so easy to do multiple pairs of shoes at a time. A great way to not have so much waste. Wish we could get the RP elastic in bolts too. (Both of my dancers like the fit of the RP elastic).
This ribbon is lightweight, seamless, and does not tug on the Achilles tendon! Love this ribbon for my pointe shoes and it is definitely reusable within many pairs.
Is this a thicker kind of stretch ribbon? I tried a different brandit was so thinstretchy, that it was practically useless.
