This the best mask for every day use. Its incredibly comfortable, highly adjustable, stays on perfectly. Makes me wonder why other masks aren't designed like this. However for exercising, mainly high cardio where you breath heavily, it has a tendency to suction to your mouth like a vacuum cleaner catching the edge of a rug. That is literally the only flaw and every other mask i've tried has that same issue.
