This unitard is great for many things. This enclueds dance proformances, winter running, and cycling. Also they work great as an insulator for wetsuits. I would only make one sugestion for wearing. Put on a pair of socks before putting it on for foot comfort.
This is also a good product, its for the winter time, I use to ply my sport outsite since it covers everything, I'm a man and fits very well to me, if you need a good product for winter tiem get this one, if you are man jus get the dark colors it will be nice for outsite sports
I like to wear them for dance class. They get different reactions and are fun to dance in. I don't think they are too hot since the lycra wicks the heat away from the body. The royal is my favorite to wear.
I got it in white and it was see through. It was horribly uncomfortable and I would not recommend it. The head piece rips very easily and it does not stay on your head.
