we were very excited about trying out danskin tights. they were very soft and did not seem to bother my daughter's sensitive skin like a lot of the other tights do. we no sooner got them on when she pointed out a hole in the crotch area. it was about the size of a nickel. now, whether she made it or it was already there, I don't know. Either way, it should not have happened to a brand new pair of tights. Needless to say, I was pretty upset. These tights were not cheap. I will not be purchasing them again.
The material is soft, smooth, and comfortable. The convertible feature is great. Very well made around the opening. Most tights are straight from the toe to the waist, but these have a heel built in. It's great if it hits exactly on the heel, but it sticks out on the back of my daughter's leg. She has small feet and wants the tights snug around her foot inside her shoes. If Danskin would lose the heel, these would be perfect!
