I ordered this according to the size chart and it was a bit small for her foot. Costumer service was great! I returned it and got the next size up and it fits great. She has used them and really likes them.
Product says to order 2-3 sizes smaller I would Suggest maybe 1 size smaller. My daughter wears a 2 and I ordered a 13 and they were too small. Good dance shoe though.
