I have 2 pair of these that I use for running and ballet. Great under running tights. Provide great support and no chaffing. I use them under shorts and less opaque tights for dance class. Again, great support and comfort. I have had them for 2 years of regular washing machine washing and they wear great. I have them in black, which work better for the black less opaque dance tights.

I would recommend a thong dance belt because this dance belt is so uncomfortable it cuts in your skin and it stops at an awkward place on your butt which isnt a good look, it has a lot of support but other than that I really do not like it.

Is this dance belt padded with the molded cup like the thong version?
I have the thong version 5936 and the padding and molded cup are great.
1. Does this full seat version have the padding and molded cup?
2. If not, does it at least have some padding in the front?
