Adult Medium Length Chiffon Wrap Skirt

Needed this skirt for a summer ballet intensive. The material is wonderful and I can tell it will last a very long time. Well worth the money!

when I got this I wondered if I had gotten something different than the good reviews ! I am an adult 5 ' 2" 115 lbs, and this had virtually no overlap, it also bunches in a very unflattering way at the waist since there is no pull through on the ties. have returned

I love this skirt! Most skirts don't cover my hips at all since I have bigger hips and a smaller waist which makes me feel uncomfortable, but this one does! I can't speak for the longevity since I just got it, but it seems to be made of good material. The only downside is that it doesn't have a slit to slip the ribbon through, but I haven't had any problems with it so far.

So I have two skirts like this. A black and a pink and I love them both!!! They are beautiful, modest, comfortable, and flattering. Ok so I dance a lot but one of the things I have trouble with is getting skirts that are long enough because I have really long legs. Most dance skirts just barely cover my backside. With these skirts it's not a problem. They are the perfect length and they twirl very nicely as I dance. My black one is fairly new but I've had my pink one for years and there is not even the slightest hint of wear. I am very satisfied. I love these skirts!!!! ?

When buying this skirt, I was looking for it to be long enough to have some coverage and also be floaty during turns. This proved to be very difficult until I purchased this one. The one size fits all conserned me but this skirt had a decent amout of overlaping on my 27" waist. I was delighted by the length, it is longer in the back but not ridiculously so. It comes away from the hips like I'v never seen a ballet skirt do, and I love the way it flow while I turn. I got this wrap skirt in pink because I new it would go with everything and look very ballet. The only tiny problem is over the years the pink has faded and the material has gotten some sweat stains that won't wash out.

This skirt is okay. I got a little leery because usually when it says 'one size fits all' the item rarely fits because I'm really tall and thin. I was surprised that it actually fit, and it would've been the perfect skirt if it had not been for the length- it makes my really long legs look really short. The ribbons didn't keep the skirt together tightly enough and I was constantly having to readjust them during class, which was a pain. I still keep it as an extra skirt for emergencies, though. I recommend Theatricals' wrap skirt, which is way better than this one.

This skirt is gorgeous. I love the way it flows and it is a little longer than some wrap skirts, so it offers good coverage. The only thing that bugs me about it is the ties! They need to be longer, so you can tie them more easily and the fabric they are made of is too stiff. I am 5'6'' and around 111 lbs. and the ties barely come to the side. it also tends to slip around because of them. It's really irritating to have to adjust it every couple of minutes. It is very pretty, though.

It hung poorly and flared out. The waistband is not satin, it is a grain ribbon which is very stiff. This caused it to slip, so it fit poorly at the waist. Also, the way it is cut, it overlaps at the waist about 5" on me and barely touched at the hem. Bad cut. So, just move and you have gaping slit. I have a muscular build 5'4" 117 lbs. Normally a small or medium.

This skirt is very beautiful and spins while you are doing fouettes, pirrottes, etc. Only it comes off if not tied properly so be sure if you are in class to double knot it or clip it together with a hair pin or a safety pin. Defiantly a great skirt it is perfect for ballet!

This skirt is exactly what I wanted. For someone without the typically slender ballet body, it covers what I want covered without getting in the way. The wrap-around design makes it easy to put on and suitable for almost any body size. It ripples nicely when turning and has held up well.

I was looking forward to wearing a new wrap skirt but it falls terribly. I thought it was going to lay flat on my legs but past my hips, it went out and wasn't even touching my legs. Very ugly. If you have wide hips like me, don't waste your money.

Okay, so I had to get a black dance skirt for an upcoming recital, and I ordered from this website (kind of as a last resort). I'll do it again! This skirt came in three days and was EXACTLY what I wanted. And a good price, considering that I was going to have to pay 25 dollars. I love it, and this site!

I got this skirt about a year ago and thought that it was decent. The bottom doesn't give it the professional look I was hoping for. Also, like in the picture, the fabric doesn't go all the way around. If that doesn't bother you though, or if you have a very skinny waist, than you should buy it because it is a nice skirt.

My daughter's studio only allows certain skirts. This is one of the only one that is allowed from discount dance... she can also only wear black or blue... soon pink too... she would like to wear matching blue skirt and leo... can someone help me find a match?
