I've now owned two of these (because my chest grew) and loved both!! I have rarely encountered problems with the straps coming undone as some have described, and it lasted for many performances! The only thing I wish was that it offered a little more support, as I have become rather chesty. Overall, a great bra to wear under costumes.

Doesn't work well with costumes

I ordered this since we need clear-strapped and skin-colored bras for performances and I found that the bra didn't work well with costumes as it is cut quite oddly. Also, since I'm fairly flat-chested, I had to tighten the straps, but they kept coming undone as I danced. There wasn't much support in the bra and this is coming from a girl with not much of a chest. It does as much good as a piece of fabric. I WOULD NOT recommend wasting your money on this.

Good performance bra, but not too supportive

This bra worked perfectly under a low back leotard and lyrical costume for a stage performance. Alone, it would not be supportive enough, but with another layer it was perfect.

Nt for everyday use

I bought this for my dance show last year and it held up well for all 6 nights. It is a good bra for shows, but not for everyday use. It tends to stretch out until you wash it. Then, because you washed it, it stretches out more. As long as you don't wear it all the time, it works well. I did like the durability of the fabric because it was thick.
As for sizing... I'm a 34 A / 32 B and I bought the small. It fits well, but the band is tight while the chest area is looser. It also doesn't cover much on the sides. The top of the bra where the straps meet came up super high, almost to my collarbone. Overall this was an okay fit.
The most annoying part were the straps. The back strap kept getting lost in my theater case, which was irritating and gave me anxiety each time. The clear shoulder straps were either too tight or too loose and would loosen while dancing. The clear straps (back/shoulder) got cloudy and gross from sweat and makeup. The part where the straps attach (the little loops) got stretched out and I was afraid they were going to rip. I'd recommend using the nude straps, keeping good track of them, and bringing safety pins.

BEWARE!

I have a pretty large chest, especially for a dancer. This bra is terrible for my 36D. It offers zero support and no... well, really anything. This is basically a piece of fabric over your boobs. We aren't allowed to wear anything with noticeable straps with our costumes, so I purchased this only for performances. Like all clear straps, they aren't comfortable. The back one is better than most .While it solves the problem of straps showing, It makes my chest look saggy and awkward. While my life feels like a constant struggle to make my boobs look smaller, this was no help. It has no padding, so if it's cold, your headlights will definitely show. Super awkward. Even my smaller-busted friends from the studio don't like this bra because it isn't flattering or supportive. One positive thing I will say for this bra is that the fabric is very soft and very durable. The fabric looks brand new, but I have had to replace the clear straps several times as the plastic hooks keep breaking. If you want to try this bra, go ahead, but I personally don't think its worth the risk.

Poor Quality

Does nothing for support and control. I am a 30DD and I ordered a size small and it does not control as much as a regular sports bra would. However, it's better than nothing under a leotard and the strap on the back is less distracting than a sports bra. The band around the back is tight but the actual front part is not. I wore this maybe six times (washed once) and the fabric loop that you can hook in the strap in came undone. I'll try to sew it back but the product just feels cheaply put together and that any time I touch it something else will break. Good idea, poor execution.

Horrible!

I hate this bra! The corners on the front are very noticeable under my leotards, and the front fits funny (very long, maybe for larger cup size?). I am a 32A and ordered a small, as according to the size chart, and the backstrap dug in really uncomfortably. Even with my small cup size, it still showed little dots in the front from you-know-what! I am very disappointed with this product, more so that I cannot return it!!

I have size 34 C and this bra is very supportive. It even reduces the appearance of a larger bust. I order them in small, and its perfect! However, after a few months of use the clear back strap will start to discolor.

Broke during first wearing

My daughter is not large chested, I ordered a medium based on the reviews. It broke the very first time she wore it. The loop that holds the shoulder strap ripped, just before a competition routine. Frayed so badly I can barely mend it. Think twice or bring a back up!

After reading the reviews on this, I was very hesitant to purchase this bra. I did anyway. I am a 32B, ordered a small and am very satisfied. The strap around the ribcage is tight, but I have problems with things riding up in the back, and this doesn't. I disagree with many, I think this offers great support. The straps really are invisible and it works great under all of my leotards!

It broke the first time

I liked the fit of the bra, and that I could wear it with my leotard that has the low cut back. I also liked that the clear straps are matt so they won’t show on stage… but the first time I wore it, it broke. I’m a 34C and got the size medium; I thought the fit was good. But when I went to class (just one class) the loop that the strap hooks onto broke, the strap flung up, and smacked me in the face. Too bad; I could really have liked this bra if they had built it better. It’s poorly constructed, and the way the loops (that the bra straps hook onto) are sewn on is irritating and itchy… and does not stand up to even one pointe class.

This is the first real dance bra I have purchased and I like it. It's very comfy and when I move around it stays in place. I like the clear back strap and the option of clear or nude straps. I also think the price is good. Overall, I like it.

I LOVE this bra! It's really comfy and the clear back strap allows you to wear low back costumes. My only criticism is that I'm a 32C and when I jump, my chest still moves. Other than that, I highly recommend this bra. It's a great bargain!
