I tried this out before and after ballet class and it made such a difference! Totally recommend this! It loosens up my muscles really good. I gave it four stars though because if you're not careful, your tights can get snagged in between the beads, and can pull out a strand that shows as a little fuzzy. Otherwise, I love these!
