I absolutely love this Thera Band! I have very archly feet that need lots of strengthening, and this was perfect! Other Thera bands are too soft for me, but this one has great resistance. It's amazing for strengthening and stretching!

GREAT!!
I love this band. It helps so much with feet strength. My only complaint is that when I first used it, it was kinda powdery and sticky. overall, I love it tho!
