GENTLE ON SORE MUSCLES
The Suffolk massage ball is a dance bag and at home staple for me. Sometimes when my muscles are sore, foam rollers or stick massagers are too harsh on my muscles and this ball is the perfect solution! There is a bit of a rubbery smell when it's new but just give it a quick wash with dish soap and it goes away--if you've ever bought a new pair of rain boots or something they have a similar scent when new but it dissipates quick!

SMELLY RUBBER BALL THAT WORKS
Does it work? Yes. Is it made in China? Yes. Does it have a rubber odor that rubs off on your hands? Yes. Also had a residue when it came out of the package. I guess I thought a ball that you're meant to roll in direct contact with your skin would be a little more pleasant. Oops. Would I have bought it if I had known this? Probably not. But it does work!

HELP FOR STIFF/SORE FEET
I'm a former dancer, and still rely on many things I learned to help me stay mobile & strong. My aging feet can be stiff, and I have the beginnings of bunions. This massage ball is the perfect size and density for pre-run warmup and post-run cool down. Highly recommend!
