    RUNS SMALL, SIZE UP

I wear a street shoe Women 6 and I have worn a 4.5B in Bloch canvas flats for 10 years. I can get these on but they are very tight and would not want to wear them more than 15 minutes. I realize it's supposed to be stretchy and I like the low profile, and drawstring in the shoe but it's just too small. The photo I've included is with my last pair of tan bloch canvas pumps in 4.5B compared to the 4.5B Proflex. My toes are very squished.

    SEEMS NICE...WE'LL SEE

My daughter wears a size 8 street shoe, ordered a size 6c, way too small. My other daughter wears a 7.5 street shoe, she tried it on and it was way too small. Returning for a bigger size.

These are great shoes, but we could not figure out the sizing. The dancer's regular shoe size is 7.5, and we bought size 8, and they were way too big. The other brand we bought, ran too small. So maybe these run true to size? We will try again.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback We apologize for any confusion regards sizing. Suggested fitting for this style: Women order 2-2 1/2 sizes smaller than street size

    GREAT SHOES FOR NOT-PERFECT FEET

I have tried so many different ballet flats. I have a high arch and flexible ankle, but a rather straight metatarsal, and total "Giselle" foot shape (a rectangle),so sadly no banana feet for me. As a result, many flats do not flatter my foot, especially if they are too tapered or if the sole under the forefoot is too long or bulky. These shoes fit perfectly around my limitations. In particular, they hug the instep of the arch closely, giving nice definition to the best part of my foot. I much prefer these to the all-stretch canvas shoes, because they stay snug and secure when my feet get warm, unlike the elasticky ones that start to stretch and move around.

I have always used the leather ones, but wanted to try the canvas ones. I really like them. They fit well and look good on my feet.

    MIXED FEELINGS ABOUT THESE...

I decided to switch from Russian Pointe flats to these because they look beautiful on girls in my class with short, wide feet and high arches. I have long, narrow feet with a moderate arch and when I first tried these shoes on I thought I was going to hate them. I wear a size 9 street shoe so I ordered a 7.5B. Even the narrowest size was much to wide for my feet. I had to tighten the drawstring so much that the elastic around the opening bunched up. This shoe also has a very short vamp which I do not find flattering on long and narrow feet. I decided to try these shoes in class before completely disregarding them and ended up keeping them because they really do give the impression of a high arch. Although I wonder if this is due to the excessive padding in the heel, which is very uncomfortable at first. Ultimately, if you have wider feet, these shoes would look beautiful on you! Although these shoes can work for narrow feet, there are much more flattering shoes out there. Also DO NOT order 2-2.5 sizes smaller than your street shoe like they suggest. I ordered 1.5 sizes smaller but if I did it over again I would have only gone one size smaller.

    LOVE THEM!

I love these shoes! They are super comfy and I love the arch support. I normally wear a kids size 3 in street shoes. After reading reviews I decided to order a 5C to start with since everyone was saying they run really small. A 5C fits great! I wish I had gone with a narrow size (B) but with the draw string I think they will be fine.

BEST SOFT SHOE I'VE FOUND SO FAR

I bought these at a local dance store and first of all, don't go by the sizing suggestion on this site. I'm normally a size 7 women's street shoe and in these I was the 5.5 size, 1.5 sizes smaller instead of the suggested 2-2.5. I haven't used them a ton yet so I can't say much for the durability. They look really nice on my feet, I have a medium/flat-sized arch and this shoe makes them look better. I might go back and order them in leather though, the canvas doesn't provide much stretch. Either way it's by far my favorite soft shoe so far.

NT A FAN OF THESE (SIZING WAY OFF)

I think the idea of the proflex neoprene and mesh is great, but it just didnt work for my feet. First of all, the sizing is all wrong. I normally wear a 4.5B for Bloch leather slippers (I am a size 6.5 to 7 in street shoes), so I figured I would order the same for these.... The 4.5B was way too small!! So I returned and ordered a size 6B. The length was fine but the width was way off! The sides and soles were way too baggy. As a result I had to return those as well. I do have very narrow feet, but the most narrow option was a B and even that felt like it was created for wide feet. It is unfortunate because I like the quality of Bloch slippers. I guess I will just have to go into a store and get a true fitting of other slippers. FYI: If you plan to order these, go down by only 1 size from your normal stret shoe size! Do not follow their sizing guidelines for this particular pair of slippers.

    COMFORTABLE

I have a higher arch and loved these shoes. I did want to order leather but clicked the wrong link before ordering. They did not fit me right when I ignored the sizes and ordered the same as another brand but once I tightened the strings they were perfect. I can actually see how well my foot is pointed. They can be difficult to turn in at first because there is a bit more padding on the sole and heel. I have had mine for a months and they are already having a few tears along the seams on the bottoms and they are NOT tight on me.

    REALLY GREAT FLATS

These flats are amazing! They didn't wear out, i had to get a new pair because i grew out of them before they got a hole. I have high arches and they were great on me. They seemed a little small but that could just be me.

    EXCELLENT DANCE SHOE

I purchased these shoes for my teen aged daughter. Although reading reviews prior to purchasing them, people said to buy about 2 sizes smaller than your street show. THAT IS NOT TRUE! Buy the size for the shoe your normally wear. These shoes are super comfy, has a split sole and suede bottom that grips the floor superbly. They don't make noise like the leather ballet shoes. Awesome purchase. Now just need to figure out how to make a speedy exchange!

Shoes are not the same as in the picture. The pictured shoes are leather and these as the title states are canvas. Don't let the picture fool you. Also my daughters feet are not on the thin or wide side they are average and the shoes appeared to baggy all over but fit length-wise perfectly. I found the pictured shoes to be very beautiful but these were not them.

    I am confused about sizing.

A lot of the reviews state that the shoe does not run like usual Blochs, two sizes below street size. I wear a 5 in most Bloch shoes, a 7.5 street shoe size, but I don't want to have to return these. Am I safe in ordering a 5?

Suggested Fitting: Women order 2-2? sizes smaller than street size This information is shown as a guide only and not a guarantee. Actual fitting may vary. You may want to order both 5.0 and 5.5 and return the size that does not have the proper fit.

    I wear an 8 to an 8 1/2 street shoe size, and wear a 7 B in bloch pro elastic. - Dancer421198 (03/09/2014)

I know this isn't a fun answer, but the best way to find out is to go to a store and try them on, because they do have a good amount of stretch/give to them (I wear a 6 street shoe and my friend who wears a 4 wore mine for months!), but it is so helpful to have the exact shoe you need. If you still have to eyeball it though, it might help to know that I wear a 6 or 6.5 in street shoe and wear a 6 in this shoe! - Lvilledancer (04/07/2014)
