I am a bit picky about tights -- I do like a "true" backseam mesh tight, but often they are so delicate that they run at the slightest provocation, so I pretty much save them for performances and photo shoots. This pair, which I ordered in the lightest tone to match my winter-pale whitegirl skin, is really very pretty, and I like the detail that at the very top of the knit part of the tights, right under the elastic waistband, there's about a half inch of more solid-knit fabric, which reinforces that area, meaning it's less likely to run when you're pulling up the waistband. The conversion foot hole is well made, large enough to easily pull over the heel and ankle, but not so big that it's leaving gaps visible in the arch of the shoe when on pointe. As for the band, like all elastic waist tights, it's slightly more visible under a leotard, which is too bad -- I wish it were a knit-in waistband, but oh well. These tights also have an incredibly long rise -- they come all the way to my bra-band line, which is a bit awkward -- I just roll them down, but that does increase the waistband-under leo effect. For the price, though these are really nice tights and I'm buying another pair in a darker tone for summer. I will hand wash and be careful with them because, you know... mesh tights are a bit princessy and need to be treated as such.

PERFECT FOR CLASS AND MATCHES SKIN NICELY
I am in love with these tights! The style and seam are very comfortable and flattering. The waistband is pretty long and stretchy and can be folded over to hold leotard or skirt in place. I purchased the color No3 and it matches me perfectly! Very pleased!

SNAGGED RIGHT AWAY AND ALSO GOT A RUNNER
As a dancer I have usually ordered microfiber transition back seamed tights from Capezio. This was a first time for MariiMarproducts. The color was very white in hue. I should have bought the next color which was more my skin tone. The fit was good but the tights snagged when I wore them while dancing a second time even before they were washed. AND I also got a runner when I adjusted the tights on my left leg.
I am very disappointed with the quality. The fit as I said we excellent and the back seams were pronounced which I like.
I have asked for a store credit as these are not returnable.
