i have wide but compressible diamond shaped greek feet with short toes and wear a 6.5 street shoe. i got these in a 4.5XXX and they are a clear winner for me! i love the stretch satin. they hug my heels with no bagginess when up en pointe. while the shoes do not have high wings, i found that the medium vamp helped support my bunions in the way a shoe with higher wings might. i felt very supported and lifted in the shoe and it was easy to get over. this is a beautiful shoe and they made my feel look beautiful too!
