I ordered sizes P and S. While S fits my 16y old perfectly, P is way too small for my 10y old. Size P is so much smaller than S like 2-3 sizes difference. Not happy, that I have to return.

i really love this leotard but it runs small. i bought one for and 8 year old we tagged her at lc but i had to actually get her a med. adult the small adult to me was smaller than the large child for some reason.

This basic black tank leotard fits well, works well for being evaluated in class and meets my needs.

I should have selected a leotard that was a cotton blend. This leotard is a very glossy or shiny looking material. Size small was too tight and medium is a bit too large for my frame.

Its pretty basic. The only thing is that the leg holes are really far down and don't give the best lines, but overall it is good and the material is super soft.

I love this Leo. Only problem is that it fits super small on the back side. Seriously it might as well be a thong Leo. I'm constantly pulling it out of my butt.

I’m on the low end of a Women’s medium and ordered a size up as the item description said - but wow it still didn’t fit. The arm holes in particular were very tight immediately and after wearing it for a few minutes to try it on I had read marks, disappointing but I also suppose you get what you pay for.

Bought this leotard for classes and it's absolutely perfect! Very comfortable and for a nice price, too. Very nice black color. Had it for months now and it doesn't have one spot on it. Love it so much!

About two years ago, I purchased the camisole version of this leotard to wear while I teach. I held up to a three hour a week class schedule and weekly washing until it finally wore so thin in places that I could not repair it. Satisfied, I went to order another one, and chose this one because it was the most similar. I absolutely love it. The thicker straps and higher cut allow me to wear a regular bra rather than a strapless bra, and I find that a huge plus. I have not had a leotard that allowed me to do that in years, and It is much more comfortable. I appreciate the breathable cotton and true fit as well. I would buy this leotard again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable one for class.

Bought these for my fitness routine. I did notice that you are to order one size bigger. I bought XL and while it is snug, that's why I like them. Once I get in better shape all will be fine.

This leotard is great for taking classes. It's comfortable, reliable, and is my go to leotard for every day where. It is great quality and I dance 6 days a week so it has lasted a long time.

Very Comfortable! My daughter loves how this fits. My one complaint would be that it is like a bathing suit and the fabric pulls easily so my youngest daughter (8 y.o. ) has a pull after one wear. This is a great product for a mature or responsible dancer- not my 8 year old

This leotard is a great basic piece to have. It is exactly what the description describes; a plain black tank leotard. I ordered this leotard after enrolling in a one day a week ballet class with a black leotard dress code, not needing anything too expensive or fancy. Something I would like to note is that I was a gymnast for 8 1/2 years, and the leotards gymnasts wear are nylon/spandex, not cotton, as most dance leotards are. That is one of the main reasons I purchased this leotard specifically, for the material. So, all that to say, in case you missed it, this leotard is nylon-spandex (similar to swimsuit material), not cotton. Moving on, DDS had the package sent out the next day and it arrived with no hassle three days later. My first impressions were good. It seems to be constructed well, including a shelf lining as well as a crotch lining, but sort of thin. After dancing in this for about eight hours in total now, I have concluded a few things. First, it is comfortable to dance in, but not amazing or anything. Second, the tank straps do a great job hiding bra straps, although the thin material does cause bra outlines to be seen through. As with any black product though, it is not extremely noticeable. Tights waistband outlines are noticeable close up as well. Third, although this leotard runs true to size, the top seems to "spread out" on your chest. I end up with the straps out on the edge of my shoulders and a wide neckline, not straight like a typical leotard. Lastly, when I wash this leotard, it almost seems as if dye is coming out of the fabric. I hand-wash with just basic lukewarm water and laundry detergent, nothing out of the ordinary. Overall, this is a great basic leotard for someone who does not dance very much and can deal with a few difficulties.

I was warned ahead of time to order big - so these fit my little dancer very well. She does not like anything snug, so I was glad to have gotten it bigger than I would have normally ordered based on sizing chart. Not sure about durability - just got 'em and have only washed them. Haven't been worn yet for dance class.

I bought this leotard last fall for the beginning of dance and it's okay. It doesn't fit me well. I got a size medium and it's a tiny bit loose on my thighs and doesn't fit me well (or look good) on my chest. I think it's because I'm built a little disproportionately . It would probably fit others well, but not me. And I do like the material because it doesn't shrink.

I purchased two of these leotards while they were on sale. Living in the South, it stays warm well into November so tank leos are very practical. I purchased an Adult Small for my 11 year old who is on border between girls & women's sizes. The small was way too small & incredibly snug. She has a girls leotard from a popular tween store that fits better than this one. We wound up returning the small and going up a size. My daughter is not quite 5 feet ball and is an average build for a girl her age. I'm happy to have received a refund for the smalls but will stick to other brands that run true to size in the future.

My measurements fit a petite sized leo. When I received it, the top scooped down too low, and the bottom didn't fit my thighs. Im not sure on how to fix the thighs, otherwise I am pretty satisfied with this leo.

I fell in love with Theatricals long sleeve leotards this past winter - I bought 3 in different colors. So the summer has started and I'd thought I'd try the tank. I bought in these same size as the long sleeve - and it fit at least a size smaller. That was odd to me. Usually I go a size up in long sleeve just in case the arms are too short, shoulders too tight, etc. Tanks I usually don't have an issue with.

I'm really happy I finally found a leotard that fits--most are sized for tiny dancer bodies. I am 5'5" and 160 lbs, 36C bra size, stocky but athletic frame, and I got the 1X. This leo has good coverage in the front, and is cut just right at the legs and butt--not too high. I wish it had a bit more coverage in back, and for me it's cut a little too low on the armholes, but overall a good fit. I'm so happy with it, I'm going to get the same style in the short-sleeve version.

This leotard is super simple, which is all that I needed. It does feel like a swimsuit, but I like it. I feel like the material moves better with me than cotton. I will be ordering again, I want one in every color!

Runs small, especially if you have a big chest. I ordered a size up, and even then it feels tight in that area. I always wear bras underneath for additional support, and you can clearly see it. Does feel like a swimsuit, but really good for the price.

This leotard is super comfortable and it runs pretty true to size on me. It is stretchy and soft and moves well. The white leotard which is the color I got, isn't see-through at all but it doesn't have a shelf bra inside.

The shelf lining on the leo is great. I'm a 36C and it keeps what it's meant to keep in place, in place. The overall fit is wonderful. It doesn't bunch up in random places and it does not run small. It also does not show underwear lines, which is another plus. The leg holes go up a bit higher than normal, which gives the leg an elongated look, good for ballet. The ONLY downside is the material feels like a bathing suit but it is not uncomfortable, though it will need some getting used to. I'd probably buy again. Amazing leo for the price!

I just purchased this leotard for my first ever beginners for adult class. I am 5'2", 125 lbs and I ordered a size M. It's excellent! Comfortable, proper fit, everything stays in place, smooth look. I also really like how simple the shelf bra is.

Very good leotard, i have this in pink and in black and i dance in them for approximately 12 hours a week, alternating between the 2. The only problem is, is that the space where your arm goes through, is a little on the small side, but other than that I think that the fit is great!

This is a comfy leo but when it comes to looks, I would not recommend it. It is cut too high around the neckline and rides up over the hip bone.

I was on a tight budget last year and I needed a new leotard so I bought this one because of the cheap price. The leg openings were cut strangely, and the fabric was gross. I never wear this leotard anymore and I hope that you don't buy one because you will be very disappointed.
