I have gotten Russians from my local dance store, and on the box the model name says "RV." What type of shoe is this? (Like rubin, diamond?)

Vamp size for 'medium' in Russian Pointe Rubin Pointe Shoe (Ruby) Style No: RD
I need to get a Vamp size of 2 in the Russian Pointe Rubin Pointe Shoe (Ruby)
Style No: RD. I can only select medium. One of the staff said it meant 2 yet another said it meant 3 or 4. Can I have confirmation of which exactly it is. I would like to order several pairs but I don't want to have to return them.

I know im going to order this shoe and at this moment i have a 37.5 3X in my cart but in my previous pair of grishko i wore 5 1/2 4X do you think that what i have now is fine in my cart? I dont have a really wide foot but i dont have a skinny one either please help
If your street shoe is an 7.5, the suggested equivalent would be the 37.5. I might try the 3X or 4X, depending on your foot. However, we recommend (before purchasing any new pointe shoe) that you be professionally fit in a store.
