We ship all orders less than 10 lbs expedited ground freight. Receive free freight (continental USA) on orders over $39 with use of code. Otherwise, orders less than 1 lb for a flat rate of $5.95 and $8.95 for orders greater than 1 lb. Delivery times may vary based on delivery zip code. NO WAY IN THE WORLD ARE THESE LOW RISE!!! The waist of these cut 1-2" ABOVE my belly button!!! I am so frustrated with this trend of renaming mid and high rise pants as "low rise" because it's trendy when they aren't truly low rise. True low rise have a 7.5" rise OR LOWER. Not 8 to 9" and above!!! Very disappointed. Also ran a bit small. If you're wanting ACTUAL LOW RISE shorts these aren't it!
