We ship all orders less than 10 lbs expedited ground freight. Receive free freight (continental USA) on orders over $39 with use of code. Otherwise, orders less than 1 lb for a flat rate of $4.95 and $8.95 for orders greater than 1 lb. Delivery times may vary based on delivery zip code. Orders greater than 10 lbs will be shipped ground and may exceed 3-days. Delivery times do not include processing time. Cannot be combined with other offers and additional restrictions may apply.

Runs very very small. Child size 13.5 fit more like a child size 8! Ridiculous. Do not order.

NO WAY NEAR TRUE TO SIZE
I am highly disappointed in what I ordered. My daughter is 8 years old and wears a size 1 in street sneakers. When I was ordering her Hip Hop shoes it states that it's that same size as her street shoes so I ordered a size 1. We received her shoes and they wouldn't even fit her 5yo sister extremely small. And now I have to pay almost $6.00 to return them. I should be getting a full refund bc I ordered according to what you website said.

DEFINITELY IS NOT STREET SIZE
The Girls Size 1 is definitely not a Girls Size 1. It is more like a Toddlers Size 1.

STREET SIZE NOT TRUE
My 6yo daughter wears size 11.5. Since the the suggested size was street I went with 12 to give some wiggle room. WRONG! Sent it back and went 2 size up. Since 12 was a struggle I went ahead and got 1.5 and it fits PERFECT! Everything about the shoe is perfect for my 6yo but the suggested tip was incorrect. Be sure to go 2 size up.
