I just ordered one, and it says 6x-7 on the tag. It fits my daughter (size 6) with room to grow. My other daughter has an 8-10 and she is wearing it in her second year. The material is great, we wash it every week, and still looks good after 18 months of wear. - Militarymommy (11/21/2014)
The childrens size Small will typically run as a 4-6.
