We got this and my daughter loves the texture which says a lot. Super comfy. I didn't expect to get her a L. Would normally get an XL, however, I went with the L, and it's perfect.

GREAT LEOTARD
I bought this leotard for my 9 year old daughter. She loved it and said that it was comfortable when she tried it on. She was excited to wear it to her ballet and lyrical classes that day and did not have anything negative to say about it after her classes were over. It nicely covers everything and looks cute but in a more grown up way than kiddy way.

PLEASE BRING BACK THE
The "V" cut back is the ideal leotard. It does runs large, but the new "U" back cut runs really small. For comparison, my child wears a Medium Child in the V back, but an XS Adult in the U back. The V back has a much more flattering cut and comes up a bit higher on the chest whereas the U back is a deeper cut on the front and the tank sleeves fall down easily.

NO PROBLEMS
We ordered our normal size MC and didn't experience anything off. We didn't experience arm gaps as mentioned in another review but we have ordered this brand many times and went with our normal size.
My dancer is a street size 8-10. She is usually in between sizes (about a solid 9) and the MC fits like usual. Quality is great and I know it will wash and wear well.

THE FIT WAS DISAPPOINTING
The fabric and color on this item were beautiful. However, the fit was horrid. It gapped so much under the arms. I purchased 5 of them for a dance and every one of them gapped under the arms. Also, the neckline was much higher than anticipated, so it is not a true plunge. Had to send them all back.
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. After looking into your complaint we realized that sizing was mistakenly mislabeled. We are working on fixing this issue ASAP. We are happy to resolve this issue and send you the correct fit.
