I order these for my whole class. All of them were small, and they were non-returnable items. I followed the size chart and still no dice. Also, they are extremely low cut, I understand that it is a bodysuit but still. My girls are in 2-5 grade and I would not be comfortable letting them wear this. It just sucks that I spent so much money on them to buy a whole other set.

My daughter had 3 costume changes for their last production, this worked wonderfully and fit her perfectly. This is probably our 3 one in different sizes. Love it!

We ordered this leotard for my ten year old to wear under her costume. It is way too small. She is about 70 pounds and 57 inches. We have the bloch version in the child large and it fits fine. I'm not even bothering to return it because it's not worth the hassle to go to the post office and lose the shipping cost anyway. I wish the size charts were more accurate and there were more options for in-between child and adult sizes.

This leotard is about twice as wide as needed for my daughter. The length is good for the size, but there aren't a lot of dancers who would fill this out.

The sizing on this item is not comparable to Capezio sizing for its other leos. It was almost comical how small the leo was when it arrived. That said - it was really well made, lined, a beautiful leo - just itsy bitsy.

I got this leotard to wear under costumes for performances. I'm pretty sure it was too small. The main thing is that the straps dig in to my shoulders.

I purchased a large order of these leotards for my dancers to wear under their costume for an outdoor event where we only had a changing tent for quick changes. The leotards are well made, however, they run extremely small. I went up one size for each child based on measurements because I read other reviews stating that they run small, and I'm really glad I did because even those sizes just barely fit the girls (mostly an issue with girth length being short).

Ordered this as an undergarment for quick costume changes for the Nutcracker. This leo runs small for the capezio brand. My daughter wears 2 other capezio brand leos (same size) on a regular basis, so was surprised with the fit of this one. Ordered the size medium (8-10) and it is very short in torso and tighter around. My daughter is an 8 slim for street clothes, is 60lbs and 52" tall. Her usual ballet leos are capezio M (8-10) and fit comfortably. Will send this back.

The leotard is a nice quality fabric and well made. But the sizing chart said LC would fit 12-14 but my 8yr old said it's really tight lengthwise and she is average height. I should have bought an adult one.

This leotard is perfect for wearing under costumes. Nicely lined so my daughter doesn't feel self-conscious during costume changes and she says it's very comfortable. I read reviews before ordering and saw that a lot of people said it runs small but I took a chance and ordered the same size she normally wears anyway. Thankfully, it fits perfect.

This leotard fits my 5 year old perfect. The price was a good deal and I was able to order 2 of them for dance class. This is a product I would purchase again once it is time for new leotards.

I ordered this leotard to go underneath costumes for a show. However, it was awful!!!! I am 4'11"/5' and the size chart implied that the large would fit. However, it was WAY too short, and it doesn't have adjustable straps, so I couldn't fix it. The top where the leo and strap attach also flaps out a lot. The color was an odd shade of beige that didn't fit my skin color. The material was thick, so the line on my bum was super prominent. Even though it seems cheap, don't buy this leo! You will waste your money. Look at the reviews for the Body Wrappers leo, and get that instead.

I bought this leotard for my 5 year old daughter who will be taking her first dance class this summer. So far, we love the style and fit. However, I ordered pink and the tag said pink, but the color is actually peach. Is "ballet pink" supposed to be peach or beige?? My daughter didn't mind so I kept it but good to know if we purchase anything else in this color.

This leotard seems to be very popular but I don't get why. I had it as a child and the straps were scratchy, while the leotard stretches out at the top. In the long term, a different leotard is definitely better and is less likely to stretch out like this.

The straps are sewn at the bottom of the rim, so the entire rim folds out - very inappropriate for an undergarment that's supposed to be invisible under the costume. However, easily solved with a simple stitch.
Other than that, very good choice.
As said before - sizing is on the small side. My daughter is 7. She's normal height and skinny. Usually wears 6X. I got size I, and it fits, but only just. In a few months it'll be too short.

My daughter wears a size a size 12 (and the clothes are on the large size). We measured her to make sure we were getting the right size. Bust 27; waist 26; hip 28; girth 50.
We ordered a large Capezio (that is supposed to fit bust 29 to 31, waist 26 to 28 , hip 30 to 32, and girth 50 to 53) and it was tiny on her. It was small around, and way too short. There was no way she could wear it. The material was nice and the style was nice. It seemed well made. But the sizing is certainly way off.

I ordered this for my 8 year old daughter. She is a bit tall for her age so I ordered her the Large which claims to be a 12-14. The neckline of the leotard reached the bottom of her chest/top of abdomen. I have never seen sizing this poor in my life. Very annoying.

I love this leo sooo much! All of my friends had this basic black Capezio leo and i wanted one sooo bad! It kind of ran small and is not true to size. The straps kind of dig in my shoulder for that reason, but other than that it was great!!!!

only nude leo that has a lining that I have found and a budding pre-teen needs a lining! Perfect for performances and fits under most costumes.

Heads up. I guessed which size would best fit my daughter after reading other reviews. My daughter currently is just growing out of her 3T clothes and growing into 4T, so we bought her the Intermediate size and it fits very well. I don't know that it will fit her for a whole year, but for right now this size works well.

I wish I had paid more attention to the review about the sizing. It looked very nice on my level I dancers, but it runs very short in the body the thin straps cut into their shoulders. Will not buy again.

I ordered up a size because I read the other reviews about this running small, but was still disappointed when we got it. It is way to wide for my daughter. I will have to pin it in the back. Then length is right, but I ordered a medium for a child that is 43" tall and 37 lbs.

I wish I read the reviews before purchasing, the sizing is completely off, ordered the med for my daughter and she is a petite 9 yr old and it was to small, so needless to say had to return and hope the large fits better.

This is a well-made leotard, but it runs very small! We had to go one size up with both of my petite daughters; my very small 10-year old needed a large, and my small 8-yr old needed a medium. Once we got the right size, it was perfect.

Item is nice quality but runs very small. My daughter measured at the low end of a medium and it barely fit. I needed to exchange it for a large. I hope that fits. She is 9.

This was a good quality leotard, but though the bust and waist fit very well, the girth of the leotard was way too small! The straps cut into my daughter's shoulder.
