This ribbon is nice to the touch, just the right width, just the right color and texture and not shiny!! It is just Perfect Ribbon. I wish it came in a longer bolt!

The ribbon is such a great deal! I only use Freed ribbon because it is not shiny (and I hate shiny pointe shoe ribbon!). I highly recommend it.

Is this ribbon double-sided (that is, do both sides look the same)?

I want bulk ribbon, but not the stiff kind that has a "flat-finish" side and a slightly shinier side. I prefer ribbon that is softer with the same finish on both sides. Is this the right kind?

This ribbon is matte on both sides.

No, both sides look a little different. One side isn't necessarily shiny, but there is a "right" and "wrong" side. - Ferrari (07/01/2015)
