We ship all orders less than 10 lbs expedited ground freight. Receive free freight (continental USA) on orders over $39 with use of code. Love these! They're great to wear for barre, workouts, and on walks. I love that they're adjustable to fit both ankles and wrists, and they're buttery soft. Only problem is that the velcro is a little delicate, so you have to gently take them off - the stitching came loose on one velcro when I was taking them off. But it was an easy fix, just fabric glued it back together and it's sturdier now!

THE BEST!
I absolutely love my bala bangles for training! I've wanted these forever and they definitely live up to the hype. Love that they are adjustable so I can use them on my ankles for leg and core exercises and on my wrists for arm exercises. Love them!!!!
