These pants are made out of different fabric even being 100% nylon, some lightweight, some heavier, Personally I like the heavier one. They are true to size with good range of motion, But I ordered one size bigger to make sure.

NICE FOR TRAVEL, WARMING UP
Product tag indicates 100 percent nylon, so don't anticipate any stretch. In my case, the hip measurement was most important. The fabric is slick and a bit shiny, so the half inch elastic may slide down if you had to size up for hips or are wearing over another slick fabric. Might benefit from a drawstring. Definitely like the pockets. Ankle cuffs fairly loose, allowing movement without binding.
