I know its not as long as a professional (pancake) tutu would be, but does it "poof" out like pictured or flow down more like a short romantic tutu?

These only come in solid colors. You can see the color choices listed on the tutu. If you are looking for a two tone tutu I would suggest style #4899, style #SK778, style #C28281, or style #N8648C (those these only come in child sizes). The answer is that it is for teens/adults. I bought this for my 9 year old and it is WAY too big. The package says 90-160 pounds. My 9 year old is only about 50 pounds. It's the wasteband that will be too large for kids. I thought this little tutu was for kids--I wish the description was a little more prominent regarding sizing. - Katieb123 (05/19/2013)
