I got these when they were added as a new item. I was confused and thought it was a stretch ribbon. It's actually a very sturdy satin ribbon with a thin silicone strip to keep shoes that won't stay on your foot secure. I have some shoes that are a bit baggy at the heel and these keep them secure in combination with elastic and stretch ribbon.

GREAT RIBBON
The ribbon is great. It sticks to my feet very well. I originally thought I was purchasing regular satin ribbon. It helps that it matches my nikolay 3007 pro flex pointe shoes.
