Sweet as sugar, this empire waist tutu dress is irresistibly cute! Stretch velvet bodice features a wide mesh ruffle neckline, sequin trim and a scoop back. Attached skirt is gathered for fullness and features a stiff sheer under layer with a sheer floral glitter print top skirt. Other features include an attached leotard and an organza flower at the waist that perfectly matches the included hair barrette.
