THEATRICALS COSTUME TERMS
NO DEPOSIT OR MINIMUM ORDER REQUIRED. You may call, mail, or fax your orders as well as place them online. Regardless of the method used to place your order, you should receive an email order acknowledgment within 24-48 hours of placing. If you do not receive this confirmation in 24-48 hours, please call us. Carefully review your order acknowledgment to ensure the accuracy of your order, and call us immediately if you discover an error.
No Deposit Required when costume order is placed. Purchase Orders from public education institutions must be signed by the authorized buyer and must be faxed or mailed. Orders placed online must be paid for by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Payment will be deducted from your credit card or PO on the day the shipment leaves our warehouse and not before. Checks will be submitted and payment will be taken on the day they are received. Please note that you will not be notified; this is an automatic payment process. If prepaying by check, please mail your order with payment attached. If ordering online, Google Wallet, Amazon Checkout, and PayPal cannot be used.
Your order can also be paid by COD for an additional $9.00 charge. COD cannot exceed $1,000. All COD costume orders must be paid by cashier’s check or money order. We do not accept electronic check payment on COD shipments.
For deliveries within the continental United States, FedEx Ground shipping is free for orders of $100 or more. Expedited air options are also available for a fee. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii can be sent USPS Priority Mail or FedEx 2 day air. For PR and Guam we ship USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Int’l service. For AK, HI, PR, and Guam orders exceeding $250 cannot be sent USPS Priority Mail for security purposes. Shipping charges will be based on package weight and distance travelling. Costume orders cannot be combined with other Theatrical products. We can also ship costumes internationally (individual country taxes and duties may apply).
EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY:
Costumes may be exchanged for size changes or different Theatricals costumes within 30 days of receiving. Exchange orders are processed as a new order, free shipping does not apply. Costumes are exchanged with a flat fee of $2.95 (no matter the quantity). Exchanged costumes must be in brand new condition and contain all accessories and original packaging. Refunds are only approved on an exception basis (ex: defective items or shipping errors). Please contact customer service for refund inquiries. Please call us to receive a return authorization prior to sending back any exchanges or the items will be returned. Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable.
