You may print a prepaid return on our site by viewing your order status. If the order is valid for use with the return label you will see a button named "Return Items". Click on this and follow the instructions. If you use this label you will have $5.95 deducted from your refund. You are not required to use this label for your returns. If you received an item that is incorrect or defective we ask that you contact Customer Service at (800) 328-7107. Our customer service team will instruct you on how to return these items at our cost.
