- How do I cancel an order?
You may cancel an order by calling Customer Service at (800) 328-7107. This is the best way to cancel an order. You may alternatively email us at email@example.com; however, it can generally take 24-48 hours for an email response, during this time frame your order might have already shipped.

- Is it safe to use my credit card on this site?
Absolutely! All transactions at Discount Dance Supply that transmit credit card information are protected via SSL encryption. What this means is that your credit card information is scrambled while being transmitted from your computer to our server.
- What days are you closed or won’t be shipping?
Thursday, November 25th for Thanksgiving Friday, November 26th - day after Thanksgiving Thursday, December 23 - day before Christmas Eve Friday, December 24th - Christmas Eve Thursday, December 30th Friday, December 31st - New Year's Eve Saturday, January 1st - New Year's Day
- If I need Saturday delivery how do I choose this shipping online?
If you need to ship a package on Saturday delivery the order will need to be placed on the phone with customer service. We do not have the option to choose Saturday delivery online.
- How do I determine the shipping cost if I am mailing in my order?
Our shipping is determined by the weight of items, and where they are shipping to. You may call customer service, and we will calculate how much your shipping will cost.
- Can I pay with multiple credit cards?
Unfortunately, no. We only allow one form of payment per order.
- Do you have a Wholesale Program for retailers?
We have wholesale program that offers 10-15 % discounts off all orders and free ground shipping on orders over $100.00. You can sign up for this program by calling our customer service number 1-800-470-1664. You will need to supply verification such as a business license or resale license.
