  • Do you have an order form I can print and mail in? Yes! Just click here for a copy of our order form. To view and print the order form you must have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer.

  • Do you have a group discount program? If you purchase $500.00 or more worth of merchandise from us on one order you will recieve a 8% discount on that order.

  • I have a resale account with Discount Dance Supply, can I order on the site? At this time we suggest that our resale accounts continue to call their orders in and not order via the site so that their sales tax exemption status can be verified.

  • What is your return policy? To view our return policy click here.

  • What currency are your prices listed in? We are a United States based company, by default we show prices in US Dollars. We have partnered with FiftyOne to provide shipping and currency conversion to select countries. When properly set we will show all prices in the currency chosen.   • How do I cancel or change my order? Please be aware that if you wish to cancel or change your order every effort will be made to attempt this, however your order may have already been shipped. If you wish to attempt to cancel or change your order please contact customer service immediately. If your order has shipped we will not be able to change or cancel it. If that is the case please refer to our Terms & Conditions and follow our refund/return policy.

  • Do you charge sales tax on orders? We are located in California, therefore we charge the applicable California sales tax ONLY to orders that are shipped to California addresses. All other orders are NOT charged sales tax.

  • Do you have a store near me I can visit? Yes! When in California stop by to see the Best Selection and Best Prices in Dancewear at our four locations! Click here for a location near you.

  • Do you accept COD or check orders online? At this time we only accept credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover or American Express) Google Checkout and PayPal to pay for online orders. If you wish to pay via COD or cashiers check please place your order by calling 1-800-328-7107 M-F 6am-5pm, Sat. 8am-3pm PST.
