Dress features a black stretch velvet bodice with silver sequin accents, a metallic silver collar, trim, and back faux-camisole straps, a clear neck clasp, a red satin bow with jewel center waist embellishment, a white tulle tutu with a red satin and silver sequin-trimmed top skirt, and an attached white brief.
