Live in an uptown world in this fashionable halter dress featuring an ornate sequin patterned bodice, velvet binding and a 3 layer skirt featuring a sheer ruffle and silver sequin trim. Other features include full bodice lining, wide halter neck ties and an attached brief. Costume set includes bow tap ties and sequin trimmed hair pouf barrette.
