    What is the silver sparkly thing on the skirt in one of the black dress photos?

    I need a black sparkly tutu dress for my 5-year old daughter and found the bedazzled dress on your website, but it's unavailable so I thought the photo with the sparkly silver addition to this dress might work out. Thanks.
