Sing 06/16/2018 I'm looking for something that can be used in church. There is carpeting but it's not the fluffy type.
This item must be used on a hard, flat surface. It may break if used on carpet or any uneven surface. - DDS Customer Service (06/21/2018)

Debbie 03/19/2014 You say that tapping can put nicks in it, does that mean that it is a soft material on top like linoleum or is it hard like tile?
This product is made out of PVC. Therefore, it is like a harder type of plastic.- DDS Customer Service (03/19/2014)

We would not recommend using a turn board on this floor surface as it is quite smooth and may also damage the floor.- DDS Customer Service (01/08/2014)

jacki 08/14/2013 can this be used for tap? or would tap ruin it bcuz i mainly want to use it for pointe?
You can use it simultaneously for tap and pointe; though with any floor with tap shoes you do run the risk of putting nicks in the surface (making it uneven).- DDS Customer Service (08/15/2013)

Danzer67 01/28/2013 I am looking for flooring I can use to convert a section of my basement to practice pointe. Would this floor or the wood be to better choice?
I would say probably this floor, because it looks like marley. That's what we have in our studios. I've always been told not to use your pointe shoes on wooden floors because it could damage the shoes. Just my thoughts! - Brookie (04/15/2013)
