Carli12/26/2019 Astoria,ORLOOK GOOD, NOT AS DURABLE AS I WOULD LIKE.
I wore these for less than 2 weeks before they started coming apart slightly. They were still wearable though. I wore them 3 times a week for 3 hours at a time. They lasted another 3 months before completely falling apart.

Lyn08/26/2019 Groton,MAVERY POOR SOLE QUALITY
I have ordered this shoe in pink twice now. My street shoe size is 7.5. My Latin dance high heel size is a 7. I ordered these shoes twice in a size 7. The first pair I got of these shoes a couple of years ago was a little too snug so I did not practice dance in them often until this year. After about 6 months of using them at least once a week both heels completely disintegrated during a show dance practice. I blamed the product failure on my extremely humid environment. As I love the arch support so much I ordered a new pair. The FIRST time I wore and danced in them the toe area of the right shoe lost all of the pink coloring and all of the tread while I was at at a dance festival in a hotel.

I cannot stress enough that no one should order these two sizes up. HUGE. Regular street size is what you need. Waste of time sending back now....

Fantastic06/29/2015GREAT ALL PURPOSE SHOE!
I LOVE this sneaker. Very supportive arch, great shock absorbers in the heels and toe box. The last pair I ordered (last week), I ordered my street size, 7 and they were too long in the toes. I wear a 6.5 in T-Strap character shoes - Bloch and Capizio, but usually would order size 7 for jazz sneakers. I prefer my shoes to mold around my feet with little or no room for slippage. Returning those, but ordering a 6 today. Great price for a very durable and diverse shoe! Will update after I receive the 6.

Poor quality and fit. The orange sealant glue leaked from the seems and was visible. The fit was not very snugged. Bad choice of shoes.

BethLasVegas01/27/2015GREAT SHOES BUT RUN SMALL!
I wear a women's 10 so I ordered a size 11 in these shoes. They recommend you order a size up from your street shoe size. Unfortunately, they were so tight! I wore them for a 4 hour rehearsal and it was bearable but NOT comfortable. I can't return them worn but I have purchased size 12 now and think they will be a lot more comfortable.
Other than the size issue these shoes are excellent quality. I would recommend them for theater dancers.

KatherineR04/29/2014I TAUGHT IN THESE SHOES EVERY DAY FOR 2.
I will probably be buried with these shoes. I taught 3-4 hours a day in these shoes, every day, for two and a half years, ran them through the washer, abused them, demonstrated full pointe work in them, wore them to the grocery, to Target, a few guilty times to go running... Finally, finally, a hole has appeared where the mesh is pulling from the rubber sole, and I can't order another pair fast enough. I may order two. My HIGHEST recommendation. Without flaw.

Sizing does not run different from street sizing. I am 6 to 6 1/2 wide in street shoes and found the 6 a comfortable fit. I tried larger sizes as per Sansha's recommendation and they had to be returned.

SnappyT05/03/2013AWESOME COMFORT
These shoes have been a dance-saver for sore feet! They are my go-to shoes whenever I've had a lot of dance in one week. Perfect for Zumba classes, they are also great for vacations that involve a lot of walking. The size runs a little bit small. I took an extra size up. Toe box is flexible and arch support is optimum. I also like the light-weight feel of the shoe. Even though the appearance has a bulky look to the heel, the lightness and flexibility of the total shoe is wonderful. Wish they were available in other colors besides pastels and black and white. I would order extras.

Chika08/28/2012LIGHT AND COMFORTABLE
Best for dance classes like latino because of the high heel. OK for jazz but could have something more narrow/accurate. You can point your feet pretty good in them though because it is mesh. Very comfortable, I have wide foot size 8.5 (25.5sm) , 10 worked better than 9. But I guess it is individual... Front sole turn spot is good - not too slippery, not too graspy. They do not last for more than 6-8 months for me but I have classes for 12-14 hours a week and wash them in a machine once a month so i guess it is normal :)

Do well08/04/2011 Australia,THESE SHOES ARE SO COMFORTABLE AND LIGHT
I wear a US size 8 sneaker and found these true to size. As a line dancing shoe they are excellent. I already had a white pair of tutto nero sneakers, but wanted to have the black as well because they are so comfortable. They are a very secure light weight dance shoe.

Courtney08/10/2009 Carlsbad, Ca,WORKS FOR ZUMBA
Much like others who have left a review, I am not a dancer per se but I purchased these shoes for Zumba. I have a wide foot so I went with this brand since they are unisex. I wear a size 8 street shoe and I purchased these in a 9 and they seem to fit well. Admittedly, the first time I wore them I felt like they were on the wrong feet - probably because I'm not used to the high arch. However, after wearing them for my second Zumba class I felt used to them and they were even almost comfortable. Thanks to everyone who left a review, I found them all very helpful with my buying decision.

Ruthann03/19/2009 Minneapolis, Mn,
I tried a couple of other brands and felt like the ugly stepsisters in Cinderella trying to get my foot in to their shoes. These fit just right. As an over 60 year old, trying to keep in shape with Zumba, I would recommend them for the foot that is a medium or a bit wider. I normally wear 6.5W athletic shoe and I ordered these in an 8! But they fit just right.

I wear a 9.5 street shoe (US) and it took a size 16 in this style to fit me. I have an average width (not narrow),
and the medium width was comfortable.

Diane04/23/2008 Minnesota,
I love these shoes. I ordered my usual shoe size (6) and they fit perfectly. My feet are a bit narrow, so that could make a difference. I'm ordering another pair tonight. The arch support is fabulous and the flexibility is delightful. No break-in time at all- totally comfortable.
Thanks!

Leilana01/09/2008SIZING
The shoe is nice, although the toe box is not as strong as the Capezio models. The main issue with this shoe is the sizing says women order 1 size larger, which I did, but it was way, way too large. I could fit three fingers in the back of the shoe and still it was not a snug fit. I'd say that the fit is true-to-size.

Do these shoes have a left and right?
I'd never bought sneakers before, and was surprised when they arrived to find that the soles were identical, not mirrors.
These shoes should be specific to one foot or the other. Please contact customer service at 1-800-328-7107 for return instructions. - DDS Customer Service (11/25/2014)
Yes, You will notice the toe at the bottom of the shoe is the best way to identify. Larger base under the "big toe" - Fantastic (06/29/2015)
LadyCap 09/28/2013 Iowa, Usa Age: 25 to 34 Pink shoes
Are the pale pink shoes no longer made by the manufacturer? I want to know if I should wait for the pink ones to come back in my size, or if I should move on and try to find a substitute.
They should become available in the next month. Please check back on our site at that time. - DDS Customer Service (09/30/2013)
foxydivakey 06/21/2013 Bessemer Age: 45 to 54 Do these shoes have a narrow cut?
These shoes do run slightly slender, but they are still considered a "medium" width. - DDS Customer Service (06/24/2013)
I would say they are form fitting. If you have a wide foot the shoe will adapt and still hug your foot. They are made to give you support so they definitely hug the sides of your foot but you can lace them as tight or loose as you need. I wouldn't be worried about them being too narrow. They are perfect. - Bethlasvegas (01/27/2015)
We dance on a basketball court and every sneaker we've tried so far (all of which have been black) leave skid marks. I'm considering this shoe in white, but either way if it leaves a mark we can't use them and don't want to resort to cheer sneaks. Please Help!
Good question! I've never seen any marks from this shoe either on a basketball equivalent floor or at home on our hardwood floors. I, too, get anxious about shoes that leave a mark. I think this one is safe. - Snappyt (05/03/2013)
