I’m not sure what Size would work for me

The estimated sizing would be as follows. Small 5-6 Medium 6-7 Large 8-9. So for a women's street shoe size of 8.5 you would want the size Large.

How do you determine what size to order? My daughter wears a size 8.5 women's shoe.

Which size do you recommend for US 6 (adult female size)? I see Small, medium and large.

I currently use pillows for pointe toe pads, but the seam on the top is "cutting" into my big toe and cutting off circulation. Will these toe pads help?

These toe pads to have a seam as most do to create the correct shape. However, it would be a personal preference and fit as to if they will dig into your toes. We cannot guarantee a perfect fit on any product, as it depends on the dancer.
