    how does the sizing work? i am almost 5'5 and 115 lbs- what size should i get?

    Natalie does run on the small side. However we do recommend comparing your measurements to the size chart listed on the item to obtain the best fit. Also, the most important measurement is your girth. That will tell if the leotard is most proportionate to your body.

    How does the front/top of this leo fit does it stay up or not?

    As long as the fitting on this item is correct, it should stay up while dancing.
