    Comfort:

    Fit: Runs small

I got the leo in brown and I was really excited to wear it, however it did not fit right I couldn't tell if it was too big or too small but the top of the back came up way to high and it gapped around the ribs the front was really low and also had some gapping. I have never worn it and probably never will.

  • Beautiful leotard but squishes the girls

    by: Kelbo - 09/29/2015

    Comfort:

    Durability:

I chose the sapphire color and it is simply beautiful. Pairing it with a black skirt it absolutely pops and I feel wonderful in the studio! I do have to say before you order ANY leotard with the back out such as this, make sure you are comfortable with that. Some of the positions dancer get in can make ANY body type look unflattering even if only for a moment. I am a bit larger than most ballerinas (hour glass with a little extra sand). I am comfortable with myself so it doesn't bother me, but just ask yourself if this is really what you want before you order. Also if you have bigger breasts (like I do) it fits very snug in that area.

  • if you're not busty it slides down!!

    by: tspetit - 08/29/2015

    Comfort:

    Durability:

I ordered this in the vibrant beautiful teal color, my usual adult P/XS size as I'm very very petite with a long torso (5"0 100lbs 30 bust,23 waist, 30 hips, 56" girth) and trying it on initially fits me well. I made the mistake of wearing this in class and my first cambre front it slides down! I noticed doing a simple demi plie I could feel it sliding down and makes you feel like youre going to be indecent very quickly! I'm not sure if its because I'm not well-endowed that this slides down on me but I noticed other reviewers also had this issue...its such a shame because this leo is beautiful on! No lining which maybe assists in the leo falling but I'll be tossing this away or giving it to someone else. Maybe it would work if a true to size Adult S as the girth would stretch and it sliding down on a larger size may not result in what happens to me.

  • Cute But Low Cut & Nt Very Stretchy

    by: Maxerica - 07/21/2015

    Comfort:

    Durability:

This leotard looked very nice in the picture and I was really excited when I got mine but the cut is so low it almost looks like shorts! The material is not very stretchy, unlike another Natalie leotard, linked below. http://www.discountdance.com/dancewear/style_N8774.html?pid=20870&Shop=Style&SID=717774017 It's also very low in the front, with not a lot of support.

  • Nice but pretty low and unsupportive

    by: Emmmmie - 03/05/2015

    Comfort:

I am small and this leo is really low. It has no shelf or any support and I don't think it would be good for a class, but it may be good for photoshoots. The back is really nice and low, and I think that after I get the sleeves fixed to make it less low that it will be pretty good.

  • Pretty leotard, very low cut

    by: BunheadEm - 10/23/2014

    Comfort:

    Durability:

I own this leotard in the blue/teal color. This isn't an ideal leotard for classes- the chest is low cut (I have a very small bust, and I'm afraid it's going to slide down) and the legs are extremely low cut (I prefer a high cut leg). I've worn for class once and was constantly pulling it up and adjusting it. This leotard is BEAUTIFUL for a photo shoot with a skirt/rehearsal tutu to hide the low cut leg line. I've worn it for a few shoots and it's held up pretty well and looks nice in photos. Overall, not ideal for class, but otherwise a very nice looking leotard.

  • Low cut and unsupportive

    by: Kat1245 - 07/16/2014

    Comfort:

    Durability:

This leo looked great online so I ordered it, but once it got in I was so disappointed because its so low cut and unsupportive in the front that I can't wear it to class (I'm only a 34B)! Jumping and cambres were a no-go, and even if I could wear it I would not because it was soooo unflattering on my body. I have a long torso, so the leg line was awful for me, but I have a small waist which this leo made look 10x larger :(. Overall, I'm stuck selling this one to buy another...

  • My favorite leo

    by: ZipperProblems - 06/03/2014

    Comfort:

    Durability:

So... This leo is so so flattering. The neckline is gorgeous, the back is really low, and I really like the fabric. It's funny that it's my favorite leo because it actually is a bit uncomfortable to dance in. There is virtually no bust support so good luck bending over. Jumps are a bit nerve wracking because I feel like I'm going to flash someone. But for standing around and not-jumping this leo is super cute!

  • Please don't purchase this....

    by: balletgirl1997 - 04/02/2014

    Comfort:

    Durability:

I love the design of this leotard but it just does not fit. It is very low on the hip, which is not flattering on anyone. The top is low cut to begin with and rides down when you raise your arms, porte bra, etc. Then, the seams on the underarm area are so scratchy! So to make this leotard wearable I had to alter the heck out of it. But even now, I'm still not that big of a fan because the fabric feels cheap. Overall, please do not purchase this leotard. It was such a let down from the Natalie brand....

  • Pretty leotard

    by: xXSaraBearXx - 03/27/2014

    Comfort:

I was very excited to get this leotard as I have been wanting it for a while. The material is pretty thin and different from most leotards. The leg cut is VERY low so it is not super flattering, and it does run large. Though I love the open back.

  • Vey comfortable and stylish

    by: Lillycat101 - 03/13/2014

    Comfort:

    Durability:

This Leotard was quite easy to dance in and I got so many compliments the first day I wore it. It gave me a lot of comfort and made me look slim and not to mention the first time I saw it, I thought it was beautiful! Of coarse every great products has that small thing you wish you could change, and mine is the top. Near the "top part" ,if you know what I mean, it was sagging A lot even though I got it in the smallest size, and I kept on constantly pulling it up. In the end that was easily fixed with some help from a friend who sews. So I think this was a great leotard but it would help to know how to sew. ;)

  • Nt the best choice for a small person

    by: ballerina125 - 02/27/2014

When I saw this leotard online I just had to get it but when it came in the mail and I tried it on it was HUGE. It may just be me because I barely fit in adult xs but still. It is a very pretty leotard though and the peacock blue color is beautiful just order a size down.

  • nice

    by: LiaLover - 01/02/2014

    Comfort:

I ordered this in black a little while back and i really like it. it has help up nicely and is pretty comfortable. I usually fit well into small leotards (i'm 5'5 and 115 lbs.) but this leo is a little bit baggy for my taste, especially in the bust area. It is also really low cut, not quite enough to show anything, but i have to pull it up after every combinatioon. It would be nice if it had a shelf lining, too. but overall a pretty nice leo.

When I got this leo, in June, I really loved the way it looked online. It came, I tried it on and, I have to admit, it looked pretty. But the first time I wore it to my summer intensive and we were doing portabra backs and it went down REALLY far. It is nice though because it has a nice, open back and is very very comfy.

This leotard is very flattering and comfortable! I wish it had a shelf bra in it! The only real complaint I have is that the "Spice" color is not the same as the picture! It is more of a bronze color.

  • Nice Leo.

    by: Vydia - 06/30/2013

    Comfort:

    Durability:

I ordered this leotard in the peacock color. So far, it is comfortable and seems very nice. I typically order my leotards in a size medium which is one size larger than I need, but with this leo, it is a little bit baggy in places and I wish I had gotten the smaller size. So definitely order the size suggested by the fitting chart. Also the fabric is a bit thinner than most leos and thus gives less support and also shows sweat more easily. Overall, very satisfactory.

  • So pretty!!

    by: Sami - 06/26/2013

    Comfort:

This is such a classic, beautiful leotard. I ordered a large (I'm 5'10 and 150 lbs) and it fits perfectly. As other reviews say, it is cut rather low in the front but that definitely isn't a problem for me because I'm small chested. As far as the durability of it, I'm not sure yet because I've only had it a couple weeks. I don't wash any of my leotards in the washing machine, so they generally last a long time. This leotard isn't for every body type but I recommend it to other girls with small boobs! :)

    by: KaseyDarlene1 - 06/16/2013

    Comfort:

    Durability:

I love this leotard! I am 5'8" and 120 pounds and the Large fits perfectly. I think it is beautiful on and it is both classy and modern and it is my favorite leotard. I will say though that it does come down lower in the front than most leotards so this leotard may not work for every build. If you have a build that would work with it though I would most definitely recommend it!

  • Nt very durable

    by: dancesupport - 04/07/2013

    Comfort:

    Durability:

Bought this for my daughter as it became the "class" leotard. It arrived on March 4th. She has worn it a total of 15 times and I have washed it 3 times (cold water, line dry). The stitching along the back has all pulled out and the binding is no longer attached to the leotard. My daughter is 5'7" and 98 lbs, so she is not putting strain on the fabric. She is wearing the adult small which fits nicely, however it provides no bust support. The only thing positive I can say is that the peacock blue color is pretty.

  • Pretty, Difficult to wear for particular

    by: BalletClaire13 - 02/16/2013

    Comfort:

    Durability:

This leo is very beautiful and flattering however it does not have very much support in the chest, so in modern or jazz dance when you contract or roll on the floor it is difficult to stay completely covered. Also unwanted bounce can be a problem in petite allegro. Im about 5'7 and 130 pounds And a size B chest. I ordered the leotard in medium black.

  • Pretty, but runs big!

    by: Taylordancer13 - 01/09/2013

    Comfort:

    Durability:

I think this leotard is very pretty, though it does run very big. I am 5'2 and 110 lbs. and I am usually a small, but the small was very big on me! I recommend getting a smaller size. Although it is big, the material is so soft and the leotard allows you to bend easily. The color peacock is very pretty, but it shows sweat a lot. The black does not show sweat.

    Comfort:

    Fit: Runs large

I got one in Spice, but had to send it back because it was too big and the front of it cut too low. I am about 5"7' and 117LB, very lean and smaller breast. Size S still looked too big on me, and made my breast look smaller and suggy. This leotard felt very comfortable when I tried it on, and the design on the back and hip area is very nice. So I almost kept it or thought about exchange it to Size P. But, with the same price, I could get a different style of leotard that truely complement my figure, I thought. Thus, it's on its way back.

I ordered this leotard in black in a size medium. I'm 5'7'', B-C cup and about 130 Ibs. I love the way it fits across my waist and hips, it runs large in the bust area though. It is okay for a ballet class but as a modern dancer, rolling around and moving more within these classes than in a ballet class more or less, I was uncomfortable in this leotard and kept pulling the top up. I absolutely adore the back though and am considering ordering it in a small.

~I love this leo! I ordered the black and it looks stunning. Really highlights my natural curves and really slimming. The open back shows just enough to make me feel cute and quirky without showing to much. It has such a classy sweet feel too it and at the same time sexy ~The low cut looked good on me but sometimes made me a little self concious if a dad came into practice. I wear a C cup bra, the leotard offered basically no support in that area and if I moved just in the right direction I was spilling out ~My main concern was that it rode up a lot... however pretty much everything does

I should have known. I rarely even wear short sleeved shirts. I'm 5'4", 110 lbs, and a 34B/32C. I ordered a M which seems to be the perfect size. I do find the neckline to be low, but as I'm not particularly blessed I don't have a problem with spillage. I find this leotard to be overall quite comfortable, though I wish that it was just a tank top style rather than a short-sleeved style. The sleeves don't stay put all too well and end up looking like tank top/sleeved hybrid after a few minutes. That being said, I do more upper body work than the dancers I know. It still won't keep me from wearing this leotard though!

I bought this leo in peacock, and it is beautiful. The color is great and I love the cut. I personally don't think it is too low in front, but can understand why some would be uncomfortable with it. The neckline is extremely flattering as is the low back. I have had many compliments and am considering buying it in a different color.

    by: dara27 - 07/04/2012

    Comfort:

    Durability:

    Fit: Runs large

this leotard looked fabulous on me, I got it in black and I got it in small. I am 5'5 and weigh about 110 pounds. The only bad part about the leotard was that it revealed way too much of my chest. My bra size is 34 A so it might fit better if you are bigger busted but on me it revealed way too much. Also, I was constantly having to pull it up. If you feel comfortable with a low cut leotard then it is great for you, but I was extremely uncomfortable. Plus, it makes you appear to be really tall and thin! Also the leotard holds up really well and the fabric is fantastic! But i still really don't recommend this leotard if you have a small bust.

Beautiful leo and it’s comfortable at first, but once I started moving around in it, my “girls” kept trying to escape. It made my first day wearing it a very uncomfortable experience. I tried wearing a dance bra with it, but It was so low cut, the top of my bra was exposed. I’d return it, but I already took the tags off : /
