5'9, 160lbs, Large size fits perfectly.
I'm 36B or 34C in underwire bras. Kinda wish this leo had an underwire to define the girls more, oh well. I think as long as you're not bigger than a D, your chest should fit. I've got plenty of extra room in the chest area. It's not low-cut on me at all.

Despite the gorgeous back to this leo and it's comfortable and soft fabric, i was not too happy with this one. In the front it is very low and I was constantly having to pull it up to avoid flashing my chest. The seams in the front became annoying and rubbed against my skin and added to the overall annoyance I had with this leo. I would not recommend it to anyone has a long torso because you may end up with the same results that i did.

PaulinaS01/25/2016COMES DOWN TOO LOW
The neckline came down a little too low, though it was easily fixed by sewing the straps down to be a little tighter. The center loop is also not completely sewn to the material and the material slides a bit, but it really doesn't bother me. Comfy and flattering!

Aviva04/17/2015LOVE! SUPER COMFY AND WONDERFUL!
I absolutely love this leotard! At first it was a little hard to get on, just the first time I put it on though! Not anymore! I've had mine a while so it's starting to unravel a little, but it's sooo comfy and flattering! I really like the back and the thicker straps!
Totally recommend this!

new2dance110404/15/2015GREAT CHOICE!
Absolutely LOVE this leo! I'm new to dance and have never owned dance-wear before, and was nervous about the sizing. I am 5'11" about 155 lbs and the medium fit great (I have a pretty short torso). Very comfortable to wear, and honestly will be working this piece into my regular, outside of class, wardrobe. Would highly recommend!

Fede01/08/2015VERY UNCOMFORTABLE TO PUT ON...
I saw this online and loved it, but even before I had it on completely I knew I would probably return it. It is really hard to get into this leotard! Plus, it wasn't too flattering on my back. Will definitely be returning it!
I rated durability because I can't imagine it lasting too long without breaking from how hard it is to put it on.

This is a beautiful, flattering leotard. I ordered it thinking I was taking a big risk and that it was going to look terrible, but I was surprised! It is very slimming and classy looking.

dancer3534512/02/2014BEAUTIFUL AND DURABLE
This is definitely my favorite leotard. I am 5'4" and 110-115 pounds and an adult. I am between a small and a medium, but I chose to get a small. It fits great, I think the medium would have been a little baggy and I prefer tight than baggy. I think that it cuts into my bum a little too much, so I usually wear it with a skirt rather than shorts. I have a short torso as well. The black is very dark and the material is great. No complaints!

So disappointed in sizing. I read all the reviews and thought this would run true to size but I ordered a small for my 5'5" 110 lbs daughter, already sent it back for a medium. My daughter loved it, so will reorder a medium.

Stacyxx501/18/2014COMFORTABLE AND LOOKS GREAT
I'm 5' 6''/5' 7'' and 115 pounds and the medium fits great on me.
I've bought Natalie Leotards before and they seem pretty consistent with their sizes.
I think that busty girls might feel uncomfortable in this leotard because it is a little low cut in the front.
Overall I think this leotard can last a long time and has a refreshing style.

DancingGoddess05/20/2013EXCELLENT LEO WITH ONE CAVEAT
I have two of these, both size small. One is noticeable smaller than the other. My only caveat is that the sizing might not be consistent. Maybe I got an error of a leo for the smaller, maybe not. However, giving benefit of the doubt, this is still a comfortable 5-star leo that fits beautifully (the one that fits!) and feels like air.

MadamMouserinks02/23/2013VERY NICE, BUT VERY LOW CUT
I've had this leo for about 6 or so months, and it has held up pretty well to weekly use for classes. I'm 5'3", 105 lbs, 32AA and I have a slightly longer torso so I ordered a medium for the length. It fits very well overall, but it is VERY low cut (so busty girls might fall out of this outfit easily.) I did wear it for Nutcracker rehearsals (which go for about 6 hours or so a day) and it did tend to start sliding downward after more than a couple hours of wear. It's also a little confusing to get into at first. However, I will still wear this outfits for weekly classes for it is very comfortable and flattering.

flyer55502/03/2013CUTE, GOOD QUALITY, BUT VERY LOW-CUT
I own this leo in purple and love it, but it has a tendency to slip down in front due to the cut (very low in front with a tank back that sits up high). You can't really wear a bra with it because of the open back, either, so you just have to deal with it. For what it's worth, I am about 5'5", 115 lbs, and ordered my usual leo size medium. I have a long torso so sizing down isn't really an option, but I would consider it if I didn't have to worry about the long torso issue.
Other than the fit issue, the quality is very good. I wore it for a flying trapeze performance and it photographed very well -- the color is rich and there is a slight sheen that looks nice, not cheap. I've continued to wear it for both dance and trapeze class, and it's held up well after multiple washings. I'm considering buying it in the black as well simply because it's both flattering and uniquel. The only thing holding me back is the fact that I have to be careful about when I wear it -- it's fine for barre and some aerial work, but I'm reluctant to wear it when I'm doing anything too athletic because of the risk of wardrobe malfunction.

MicheleInDavis09/20/2012FOR SMALL CHESTS ONLY!
I'm an average sized person, and the top of this leotard just doesn't work. It fits well everywhere else, but the top just isn't secure. It would be great for ballet where you don't roll around on the floor and don't bend over too much, but for jazz and modern, normal chested women should consider a different leo.

anon12309/08/2012STYLISH AND BEAUTIFUL LEOTARD
I've owned this leotard for a year now and it is absolutely gorgeous, yet comfortable. However, I have a larger bust and a short torso so the fit is a little off. I'm a 34C and ordered a small which fit my body fine, but cut my bust funny. I recently reordered it in a medium and it it still was not big enough in the bust and was too big in the torso. The leotard is fairly durable, however my sleeve slightly ripped. It is a very stylish and comfy, but i would not recommend this leotard to busty girls.

I love Natalie leotards! I just got my leotard in the mail today after it being on backorder. I bought this purple leotard for class and auditions. I am 5'5" 125 lbs and small chested. If this leotard was any smaller I would not fit into it. It is pretty snug in the butt and I have a tiny butt. Overall, I love the leotard and it looks great. I haven't danced in it yet. When in doubt, go a size bigger! I wear S/M clothing and need either a M or L leotard. Hope this helps my fellow dancers!

This leotard doesn't fit me right at all. It's way too wide in the crotch and it buckles in the weirdest places. I'm nearly 5'5'' and not overweight whatsoever and this leotard made me look overweight. I was extremely disappointed because it looked so good in the pictures. Also, it isn't at all flattering; it looks really akward in the bust line and has a weird buckling thing on the sides and in the shoulders. Would not recommend it.

I have this leotard in purple, and I love the way it looks! It's very flattering--I've gotten more compliments when wearing it than any of my other leotards. One thing I don't love about it is that it is kind of low, but other than that, wonderful!

As the other reviews said, this leotard is a bit difficult to get on, but once it is on, it isn't tight at all. I'm 4'11' and weigh 80 pounds and the petite fits me so well! It looks AMAZING and it is now definitely my favorite leotard. I bought this at the Discount Dance store in Anaheim and all the colors look really good. It does make me look like I have a butt, definitely a plus. HAHA.

Let me start off by saying that I'm 5 feet, 125lbs so I have plenty of curves. I got a M and except for the chest, it fits well. Which isn't much to go by because I wear a 34DD so it's hard to find anything that would. Good points-the lower cross in the back hits right at my waist giving me an awesome hourglass and the cut of the leg opening is great! I wouldn't recommend this leo for people with long torsos, it'll slip off your chest.

Jazz Girl12/22/2008 Pittsburgh,RUNS SMALL, BUT BEAUTIFUL
I ordered this leotard in a petite in white. The leo looked gorgeous but was soooooo small and tight! The fabric doesn't stretch very much and is very tight to your skin. I absolutely loved the way it looked and the style if it only fit me! I am about 5'6 and 106 pounds and I think I am going to order it in a size small in red soon!

I loved the picture of this leo and when it came, I couldn't wait to try it on but it was difficult to get into and the front was too low cut. I would highly recommend this leotard to dancers with a smaller chest. It was great fabric and it fit perfect everywhere other than the chest but was very flattering with the criss cross back.

This leo is sooo cute and it's comfortable! To me, the red looks more like hot pink, but I still love it. If you have a short torso like me, the back comes down kind of low, so don't wear it with super high tights. But it's a great buy!!!

I just bought this leotard and wore it for company class for the first time. It looks pretty on, the only problem is it feels very low-cut (actually isn't). I have the purple, which is so much better and brighter than the color sample. Leotard fits well (I'm 5'2'' and 100, plus I have a long torso). Overall, not perfect, but a great buy!

Oh my gosh, this leotard is SO PRETTY! It is definitely my favorite leotard. The front is cute and pretty and then the back is just amazing and flattering. It also looks really cool when you turn with all the straps on the back. It fits perfectly. I have a petite and I am 5'2" with an A bust. I would agree that this leotard is best 4 people with barely any chest. I HIGHLY recommend it!

Chrissy11/23/2007 Lc, California,GREAT LEO, BAD SIZE CHART
This is my FAVORITE leotard!I have it in black and I find it so comfortable and flattering! The only problem I had was that I first ordered a medium, the size I usually wear (I am 5'8), but it was WAY too long. I solved this problem by stitching it, but then I noticed that the seams at the hips were sticking out and making my hips look bigger. I ordered a small and it fits perfectly, so keep in mind that it runs a little big!

Kelsey08/15/2007 Texas,
I love the silhouette of this leotard! It looks really beautiful and sophisticated. The only thing though, is that I'm 5'7" and the torso is still too long for me! (I got a medium.) Because it was too long, it caused it to make a gap right below the bust on the sides. It looks really weird, I guess I will have to grow into it.

This is one of my favorite leotards. Every single time I wear it I get compliments, and since I bought it, 3 other girls at my studio have too, and accredited it to mine. While I wouldn't recommend the white, the black is beautiful and looks interesting compared to any others onstage. The only problems I have with it are that it takes a bit longer to get in and out of, and when I bought mine, one of the back straps was twisted and I had to get it tailored. Other than that, I love this leotard!

Really, really beautiful and eye-catching. However, I ordered a petite, and the hips of the leotard were huge in comparison to the rest of the leotard, which fit perfectly. I have found this to be the case with many Natalie leotards, and it's not just because of my body type. Overall, though, the leotard is great.

I really love this leotard. I got it in black and it was very flattering. The neck line is really nice. But the material was really nice and the design is unique and I love it.

Abbs 06/28/2014 Age: 17 or under Too low for me?
I am a very small-chested, skinny, and tall individual, I know there has been similar questions, but for a person like me would the front-end of this leotard go too low for dance intensive purposes? Thanks.
The cut on the front of this leotard is a bit lower than normal, so I might recommend looking for something that is cut a bit higher. - DDS Customer Service (06/30/2014)
Me too! Mine goes down a little bit, but not really noticeable, sometimes I pull it up a little! I totally recommend it, I got size small;) - Aviva (04/17/2015)
ballerinabrain. 03/05/2014 Ca Age: 17 or under what is the shelf lining like?
The shelf lining is meant to eliminate any transparency in the bust. - DDS Customer Service (03/13/2014)
No shelf lining, it is just a mesh part that attaches to the back of the part where there is a seam. Little to no support, but if you are an A or B it is fine. - Dancer35345 (12/03/2014)
What size leotards are the models wearing in the photo?
Most of our models wear smalls or mediums. However, we are unable to confirm the exact size the model is wearing in the picture. If you're looking for YOUR best fit, take your girth measurement against the size chart. That will make sure the leotard is most proportionate to your body. - DDS Customer Service (06/19/2013)
do I measure from shoulder and through the legs or from my chest through the legs?
For a girth measurement you would start with the tape measurer at the top of one shoulder, go down the front of your body to the crotch area, go back between your legs, up your back side until you reach the same spot at the same top of the shoulder you started at. It's kind of like doing a lateral circle of your torso. - DDS Customer Service (06/18/2013)
my bust and hips fit small, almost petit but my girth is a medium size! If I order a medium will the butt part appear saggy? or the bust?
We typically recommend going with the girth measurement, especially if it is larger than your other measurements. That way the leotard is more proportionate to the length of your body. - DDS Customer Service (06/18/2013)
TinyDancer1 03/18/2013 Age: 17 or under Does the front go low??
I'm a pretty small person with a small chest and I want to know will this leotard show more then I want or will I have to pull it up a lot in class cause In lots of my classes I have to roll around on the floor a lot so....
This item has a v neck that may be a little low for what you are doing in class. - DDS Customer Service (03/18/2013)
You won't have any issues with your chest being exposed. I wear this one a lot when running around and playing with a toddler, and no exposure issues. If anything will do it, rolling around with a toddler grabbing at your top will. :) - Dancinggoddess (05/21/2013)
