Adult Capri Lightweight Leggings

I was wondering if the one size fits all is like small adult. And also if the material is like tights or more like leggings? Thank you so much!

Unstretched waist=23"-35" stretched to maxium. 19 1/2 Inseam. 92% Nylon/8 % Spandex Very soft and stretchy material

I don't think anyone would consider me a small adult. I usually wear a 13/14 in jeans and these fit me great. They aren't see through on me so wearing them as leggings is perfect. I can see if you are a BIG girl, they will stretch out and become see through. I would say as long as you are size 16 down, they work well as leggings. - Tracyalls (03/19/2014)
