This sports bra is adorable! My teacher requires us to wear a black sports bra to class, so I wanted to get something a bit fancier, and everyone complimented on this sports bra. But size wise, I typically wear a pettite adult in leotards and sports bras, so I oredered the PA. When I tried it on it was kind of tight. It wasn't choking me, so i kept it. So far, after 1.5 months of use it seems to be doing fine. It isn't tearing or fading, and after a while it doesn't feel as tight. But bottom line, if you like a tighter fit, i would recomend ordering your regular size, but if not, order 1 size up.
I like this bra a lot; the straps in back are quite a unique look, especially under sheer T-shirts or contrasting tanks. As others have mentioned, it definitely squishes the girls down, but I'm ok with that. The only thing that is mildly uncomfortable about this bra is that the straps in back run diagonally over my scapulae and since I have a tendency to wing out, I can feel it when I do, BUT this is actually a plus because it helps me feel when I am out of alignment! The fabric has a sheen to it, but it's not overwhelming.
I am 5'1", 110 lbs., a 32 B cup, short-waisted, and more muscular than your average dancer. I wear a SMALL in most dancewear and this is no exception. The shoulder straps are a bit long, but not unmanageable.
i have a fairly small chest, and thought a medium would fit well, but I put this on and it's so tight that I can barely move. It's squeezing me crazily, and my bra size is a 36 B and this bra is so tight that it makes me look COMPLETELY flat chested. Besides that, it looks really good and i love the style. I'm gonna order a large and I hope it works.
