And I have! I lost a lot of weight and so bought a size down. This wrap is medium in weight, not as thick as many wraps, but not the super thin stuff either. I'd recommend this for spring and fall.
Despite the silk content, this piece is easy to wash. Just toss in the washer and dryer. (Contrary to popular belief, silk is washable. You just have to account for potential shrinkage and for some weaves, for the look for change - I'm a textile professional, so have experience.) Neither of mine shrank at all, leading me to believe they actually washed the fabric before making these wraps, a definite plus! The size you buy is the size you get post-washing. More items need to be made this way.
Very comfortable, and perfect temperature control - not too warm and not too cold. It's not easy for me to stay warm, so I often keep warmups on as long as possible in class, and I must say this sweater does a lovely job! It has a very elegant design too, and I got three compliments on it the first time I wore it to the studio :)
One warning, though - it runs very large. I'm 5'4, 108 Ib and the small is quite big, a lot bigger than the model photo looks.
This sweater is fantastic. The material is wonderfully soft and just stretchy enough to move with the body but retain its shape. It's super flattering, cozy but breathable, and offers the classic ballet look. Highly recommended!
