Child Beginner Full Sole Ballet Slipper

HI, concerned about ordering the correct shoe size. She is 9 years old and currently wears a size 3 shoe. What size would she need in the Child Beginner Full Sole Ballet Slipper? She also has a wide foot but can occasionally wear the normal width in children's shoe. Thanks so much for any help.

As the largest size available in this shoe is a size 1, and the sizing information suggests to order one size larger than street size, a child wearing a size 3 street shoe will not be able to wear this shoe.
