    The taps are not included with these shoes. You would need to purchase them separately and attach them. Thank you!

    sizing

    My daughter usually needs a wide width. I read the answer concerning sizing and would go up a half size, but if this doesn't work can the shoes be returned so long as they are in out of the box condition?

    You are welcome to make a return within 30 days as long as the item is in new condition. This excludes any sale items, and all tights or undergarments that have been opened. We no longer process exchanges through the mail. You will need to return the item for a refund, and place a new order online or over the phone. Please be sure to fill out the return slip on the back of your invoice to let us know what you are returning. If you do not have the original invoice please print off your email confirmation and simply write the information on there. You can also use a blank piece of paper and write the order number, your contact information, and what you are returning. All returns are customer paid, but we now offer a prepaid label on our website. If you use our label $5.95 will be deducted from your refund. Contact customer service with any additional questions.

    How accurate is the sizing?

    It is recommended to order your street shoe size as an adult, but I worry about it not fitting. Dance shoes tend to run smaller. Should I order a bigger size to be on the safe side?

    This shoe generally fits the same as street shoe size. If you have a wide foot, go up a half size. Please contact our customer service department at 1-800-328-7107 for further sizing information.

    What is the material that the toe and heal surfaces are made of? Compared to suede and tap bottoms,

    This item has a smooth leather sole. It depends on which floor you are using to determine how slippery they would be.

    Are these shoes in women or men sizes?

    This is a womens shoe, so women should order same as street shoe size and men order 2 sizes larger than street.
